* Added worked documentation for dollar, volume, tick, and imbalance bars.
* Documented exact custom-bar no-results and pagination semantics.

## Versioning policy

Documentation changes that alter request or response semantics must identify the affected schema version. Existing stored-fact records and published wire contracts are not silently reinterpreted.
